Respond promptly to customer complaints and claims (both local and international).
Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality Control departments to resolve issues.
Monitor and follow up on corrective actions to ensure their effectiveness.
Work closely with core teams to reduce daily defects on the production line.
Prepare and present weekly/monthly quality reports to management.
Train and guide operators on company policies and quality awareness during orientation.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ

Age: 20–30 years
Gender: Male or Female
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanics, Electronics, Electricity, Automotive) or a related field.
Basic mathematics skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Ability to use English for communication.
Open-minded and good teamwork skills.
Strong problem analysis skills (QC tools are required; statistical methods are preferred).
Understanding of basic measurement methods
Must have: Vernier Caliper & Micrometer
Preferred: Precision measurement tools (e.g., coordinate and shape measuring equipment)
