A Great Opportunity for ...

Ensure that the service level of social media channels is achieved properly.
Respond to customers’ inquiries through writing channels such as email, Facebook, WhatsApp, and Telegram by following given standard script and customer service standard of Sathapana Bank.
Handle and resolve customer issues or complaints (if doable in your level). If not, identify and escalate priority issues/complaints to the right person of the units which a complaints/issues raised.
Register Complaint, Feedback, and issue into system (CRM).
Perform your role and contact point from the client to follow up and close the complaints/issues.
Follow-up customer calls where necessary.
Provide customers with product and service information, terms and conditions if asked by the client.

Bachelor’s degree in English, Finance and Banking or any related field.
English competency.
Ability to communicate the customer via social media with professional writing style both Khmer and English language.
Good at Microsoft Office, problem-solving, consulting, and critical thinking.
Be able to work as a team and shift rotation.
