A Great Opportunity for ...

Assist the Head of Recovery and Litigation Department in overseeing the end-to-end collection process for the PAR and written-off loan portfolios across all branches.
Support the implementation of recovery strategies, including the systematic issuance, follow-up, and tracking of formal demand letters and the preparation and filing of court cases in accordance with established procedures.
Assist in developing and implementing PAR and written-off account recovery strategies and action plans to maximize collection and recovery results.
Support and coordinate the legal recovery process, including the preparation and filing of claims, monitoring court proceedings, and following up on litigation cases with relevant internal teams and external legal counsel.
Monitor, analyze, and report on branch-level performance against PAR and written-off collection targets, identifying performance gaps and recommending appropriate corrective actions.
Support the sharing of best practices, successful recovery approaches, and lessons learned across the branch network to improve overall recovery performance.
Ensure that recovery and litigation activities are conducted through ethical, professional, and respectful communication with clients to protect the company's reputation and customer relationships.
Review and follow up on the status of litigation cases, court proceedings, written-off recovery, and other critical recovery matters, and provide timely updates to the Head.
Support the Head in supervising and coordinating the activities of the Recovery and Litigation team and ensure assigned tasks are completed effectively and within the required timelines.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Recovery and Litigation Department or authorized supervisor.

Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Law, Finance and Banking, Management or equivalence.
Minimum of 05-year field experience in loan recovery and litigation, with a significant portion focused on banking and debt recovery laws.
Strong analytical and financial assessment skills.
Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Leadership and team management abilities.
Deep understanding of banking regulations, credit risk management, and insolvency laws.
Deep understanding of the legal framework for recovering written off loan.
Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult conversations professionally.
