A Big Opportunity for ...

Prepare and arrange the relevant process of import and export shipment.
To attend and respond on time to Customer enquiries and requirements.
To solve any issue related to shipment s for Customs clearance processing and customer.
To process import and export documents based on customs procedures.
To Submit document to customs system and follow up for processing status.
To work out and follow up with Mr Virak for import and export processing at Customs general department.
To prepare paperwork for customs clearance team to do customs clearance at port clearance.
To prepare relate document and request to Accounts department for processing payment to Shipping line company or co-loader and follow up with them for release the authorize document to us for our customs clearance at ports.
To update the shipment status and schedule for consignee step by step.
Arrange all trucking types and follow up with driver on delivery to Customer’s door
Arrange manpower team for loading or unloading cargo at job site.
To update the delivery report to operation manager.
To update job order in Go Excel sheet and complete the job through validation
To upload all supporting documents in Go Excel timely after completion of job
Checking HS CODE for all type of customer’s goods for submit to system of customs for customs clearance processing.
Any duties assigned by Supervisor and Top Management.

Preferably a Bachelor Degree in Information Technology from a Reputable University.
Preferably a Bachelor Degree in English Literature from the Human Resource University.
Experience and knowledge in ASYCUDA Customs system.
Experience and knowledge in National Single Window Customs system.
Preferably a Bachelor Degree in Information Technology from a Reputable University.

Strong leadership skills to effectively manage subordinates
