An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Respond promptly to customer complaints and claims (both local and international).
  • Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality Control departments to resolve issues.
  • Monitor and follow up on corrective actions to ensure their effectiveness.
  • Work closely with core teams to reduce daily defects on the production line.
  • Prepare and present weekly/monthly quality reports to management.
  • Train and guide operators on company policies and quality awareness during orientation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

  • Age: 20–30 years
  • Gender: Male or Female
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanics, Electronics, Electricity, Automotive) or a related field.
  • Basic mathematics skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Ability to use English for communication.
  • Open-minded and good teamwork skills.
  • Strong problem analysis skills (QC tools are required; statistical methods are preferred).
  • Understanding of basic measurement methods
  • Must have: Vernier Caliper & Micrometer
  • Preferred: Precision measurement tools (e.g., coordinate and shape measuring equipment)
