A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Ensure that the service level of social media channels is achieved properly.
  • Respond to customers’ inquiries through writing channels such as email, Facebook, WhatsApp, and Telegram by following given standard script and customer service standard of Sathapana Bank. 
  • Handle and resolve customer issues or complaints (if doable in your level). If not, identify and escalate priority issues/complaints to the right person of the units which a complaints/issues raised.
  • Register Complaint, Feedback, and issue into system (CRM).
  • Perform your role and contact point from the client to follow up and close the complaints/issues.
  • Follow-up customer calls where necessary.
  • Provide customers with product and service information, terms and conditions if asked by the client.

职位要求

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Finance and Banking or any related field.
  • English competency.
  • Ability to communicate the customer via social media with professional writing style both Khmer and English language.
  • Good at Microsoft Office, problem-solving, consulting, and critical thinking. 
  • Be able to work as a team and shift rotation.
