o    Plan & execute a content strategy that drives high engagement
o    Create call-to-action short-form video advertisements for multiple clients’ social media ad campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & Youtube. 
o    Serve as editor-in-chief for all content to ensure quality, clarity and consistency
o    Collect, monitor and analyze social and website metrics, and make improvements accordingly
o    Manage the distribution of content across all channels
o    Driving the digital content strategy, content creation, and best practices that are critical in engaging our target audience with our brand and sales force 
o    Creating, editing & delivering compelling digital content based on thought leadership, financial market or product content 
o    Collaborating with marketing, product, communication & investment writers to create “360°” integrated digital content campaigns 
o    Helping increase specific digital content knowledge & skills of all content writers 
o    Collaborating with designers & other team associates to write & test user-focused content that guides customers through an experience

o Bachelor Degree in Media and Communications, Marketing, Business or related fields.
• Experiences:
o At least 1 year of working experience in Media, Digital Marketing or FMCG
o Have experienced in digital projects, social media management, content writing 
and other online businesses.
o Have a basic knowledge of social media technical, ads management and other 
necessary tools and to support the growth of brand exposure on digital
• Skills and knowledge:
o Good interpersonal and communication skills
o Fluent in content writing
o Good command in Khmer and English
o Detail oriented
