A Big Opportunity for ...

Oversee the organization's entire credit control and collections function by developing and implementing strategies to improve cash flow, minimizing non-performing loans aligning with compliance with legal and industry standards.
Develop and implement strategies to reduce non-performing loans including collateral liquidation management.
Manage the LLP and NPL ratio through collection strategic formulation and execution including daily activities and report dashboard.
Oversee the credit review and restructure of the loan portfolio to ensure the branch and sales force complete the timely manner as per internal policy and guideline.
Manage centralized outbound call team, pre-due call, delinquency account both secured and unsecured portfolio under retail and business segments to make sure that client pays on time.
Manage daily collection activities and drive collection efficiency and optimize productivity to ensure the collection target is delivered following business objective.
Manage hard collection of both secured and unsecured loans by issuing demanding letters, lawyer letters and litigation processing.
Conduct on-site at the branch to ensure an effective implementation of the procedures and policies set out and investigating on ad-hoc requests regarding credit misconduct and fraud.
Oversee the collection of outstanding and resolve customer disputes and issues related to credit and collections.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and legal teams in collaborating with other departments to resolve credit and collections issues.
Develop and improve collection processes and SOP to make sure that standard collection practice and activities are in place and well managed.

职位要求

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related field (MBA is a plus).
Strong understanding of Credit Control and Collection processes.
ood understanding of regulatory guidelines, process strong analytical, quantitative and conceptual skills.
Proven experience in credit control and collections management.
Exposure to credit risk, credit control and at least 6 years of banking experiences in related field.
