•Manage effectively sufficient information technology resources to the business to drive the operational excellence to ensure the best practices of the entire information technology infrastructure security, integrity, and confidentiality.
•Oversee, monitor in regularly inspecting the entire systems and networks to ensure the financial critical systems, and other related data centers are smoothly run and secured.
•Ensure for the quality of IT Infrastructure services provided to end users on a day-to-day basis.
•Monitor closely the system error log and enhancement log to ensure no long outstanding issue left unattended/unresolved.

•Review, develop and lead the upgrade strategic projects, alter system replacement, related IT Infrastructure proposal requests, assessing and complex problem solving, and designing methods along with solutions for technology delivery associated with business unit stakeholders.
•Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and ensure this is reviewed and updated regularly for relevance, practically and staff changes in response to fast moving business environment.
•Ensure subordinate perform PCs and IT Peripherals deployment and setup properly.
•Perform health checks on IT equipment to ensure that all the computers are in good condition (for all branches).

•Ensure proper control on the internet and all IT equipment and peripherals.
•Review the computer hardware regularly and resolve any issues promptly.
•Ensure all IT incidents reported are recorded properly on the IT incident / Problem log report.
•Monitor the services of IT Infrastructure vendors who provide critical systems services to the Bank to ensure compliance with the terms as stated in the respective Service Level Agreements.

•Bachelor/master’s degree in computer science or a related field, or significant equivalent
•7 to 10 years of experience in management information systems with at least 5 years of experience in financial settings. Knowledge of the IT infrastructure in the banking industry is preferred.
•Experience in leading and managing a huge team (of 15+)
•Excellent technical diagnostic and analytical skills and a consultative and collaborative approach to problem solving.
•Ability to develop, implement and monitor processes for systems management and operations; knowledge of and ability to monitor Service Level Agreements.
•Ability to deliver Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) service management principles and embedding these into the team and organization.
•Knowledge in managing Microsoft, Linux SUN Solaris and AIX platforms.
