A Good Opportunity for ..

1. KPI Management

  • Develop and standardize departmental KPI frameworks aligned with company objectives
  • Coordinate with all departments to define, implement, and update KPIs
  • Monitor KPI performance regularly and identify gaps, risks, and improvement areas
  • Conduct KPI audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance
  • Analyze KPI data and prepare periodic performance reports for management
  • Support departments in improving KPI achievement through data driven insights

2. SOP Development and Control

  • Develop, review, and update company SOPs across all departments
  • Ensure SOPs are aligned with company policies, legal requirements, and best practices
  • Monitor SOP implementation and conduct regular audits
  • Identify non compliance issues and recommend corrective actions
  • Analyze SOP effectiveness and propose improvements
  • Maintain proper SOP documentation and version control

3. Compliance Management

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
  • Monitor staff vehicle insurance, registration, and related documentation
  • Manage employee contracts, contract renewals, and compliance records
  • Oversee company external document processes including licenses, permits, and official submissions
  • Conduct compliance audits and risk assessments
  • Prepare compliance reports and follow up on corrective actions

4. Reporting and Coordination

  • Prepare regular KPI, SOP, and compliance reports for management
  • Support management with analysis, dashboards, and summary insights
  • Work closely with HR, Admin, Finance, and Operations departments
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and governance standards

职位要求

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as HR Manager, Compliance Manager, or similar role
  • Strong experience in KPI development, monitoring, and analysis
  • Proven experience in SOP development and audit processes
  • Solid knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements

Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent writing skills in both Khmer and English
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to use AI related tools for reporting, analysis, documentation, or process improvement
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation control
  • Good communication and coordination skills
