A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Assist manager to define new products/services/campaign/program opportunities for the Bank;
  • Assist manager to manage new products/services/campaign/program launching and training sessions for relevant staff.
  • Monitoring the current market trend and planning new products to be in align with Bank’s strategies.
  • Working closely with related departments and managing products/services progress.
  • Prepare data analysis on business and products performance.
  • Assist Manager to develop new or enhancement and deploy to production.
  • Assister Manager to develop a product campaign/program in order to ensure effective and smooth business operation.
  • Other task assigned by line manager

职位要求

  • Degree or relevant professional qualifications in Business, Accounting, Economics, Finance or Management; or with relevant working experience in this area;
  • At least 1 year’ experience in financial institutions, experience in product development is a plus;
  • Good understanding of Cambodian customer behaviors, creative;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong ability to negotiate and build good relationship;
  • Ability to work under matrix environment with deadline;
  • Good in written and spoken English.
