A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Manage leasing, acquisition, and maintenance. 
  • Coordinate with landlords, property managers, and legal teams for lease agreements and renewals. 
  • Support site selection and feasibility studies for new locations. 
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost and quality. 
  • Evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain vendor relationships. 
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials, equipment, and services. 
  • Track procurement and property-related expenses and prepare reports. 
  • Ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines and cost-saving initiatives. 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards. 
  • Continuously improve procurement and property management processes.

  • Bachelor degree in Management, Administration or equivallence
  • Minimum 3 years experiences in perperty management , bidding and relevant procurment. 
  • Ability to negotiate and communicate with vendors and suppliers
  • Ability to travel for mission to provinces.
