  • Plan and carry out daily work activities, including arranging meetings and presenting the company’s business proposals to potential partners in a clear and professional manner.
  • Organize and conduct regular training sessions for agents and partners to improve their product knowledge, sales skills, and ability to represent the company effectively.
  • Take responsibility for achieving assigned sales targets, gaining market insights, and supporting overall business growth in line with the company’s goals and direction.
  • Manage the entire sales process, starting with identifying potential lead, closing business deals, tracking daily sales performance, and preparing reports for management.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with customers and business partners to ensure consistent and sustainable sales growth.
  • Support business initiatives by reviewing products, services, and customer segments to identify new opportunities and improve overall sales performance.
  • Develop, activate, and manage sales distribution channels such as agencies, and other alternative sources of business.
  • Collect, update, and analyze information about competitors and customers, including feedback and concerns, to support better sales and distribution strategies.
  • Propose and implement promotional campaigns and customer retention activities to maintain competitiveness and strengthen market presence.
  • Carry out any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the Line Manager as required.

职位要求

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in insurance sales or a similar role.
  • Experience working with business partners and individual customers.
  • Honest, hard-working, and able to handle work under pressure.
  • Able to communicate in English, both speaking and writing.
  • Good people skills and focused on achieving results
