An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Support the coordination and implementation of talent development initiatives, including succession planning and leadership development programs, to contribute to the growth of future-ready leaders and assist in developing inclusive learning content and promoting the integration of Amret and BSP_DNA culture through soft skills and managerial training, with a focus on driving team capability and engagement

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the identification and development of future leaders by coordinating talent data, tracking highpotential progress, and facilitating critical successionrelated activities;
  • Play a key role in empowering emerging leaders by coordinating leadership learning journeys, tracking engagement, and ensuring a smooth learning experience from start to finish;
  • Bring Amret’s and BSP_DNA’s culture to life by embedding cultural elements into training programs, internal communications etc;
  • Help gather success stories, employee insights, and feedback related to culture programs;
  • Support development programs by coordinating training activities, support on content development and tracking progress and feedback;
  • Collaborate on the development of practical andengaging training materials for managers and staff— cove ring soft skills, managerial capabilities, and real workplace scenarios.

职位要求

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,Education, Psychology, or related field.
  • Proficiency in English language, both written andspoken;
  • Good understanding of talent development and learning principles
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • 2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Organizational Development.
