  • Provide professional advice on skincare and makeup products to customers.
  • Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their needs.
  • Promote skincare and cosmetic products through social media platforms.
  • Create and appear in product promotion videos with confidence and professionalism.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Support sales activities and achieve monthly sales targets by identifying potential customers.
  • Handle all sales-related transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain and update product listings on e-commerce platforms.
  • Follow up on customer orders and online sales activities.
  • Prepare monthly stock reports and monitor inventory levels.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare sales reports.

Job Requirements

  • Good knowledge of skincare products and makeup.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Telegram.
  • Confidence in appearing in promotional videos and live selling activities.
  • Strong sales and customer service skills.
  • Good organizational and reporting abilities.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
