Job Summary
Lead and oversee all customs clearance activities to ensure timely, compliant import and export processing. Coordinate with internal teams, freight partners, and government authorities to reduce delays, control costs, and support smooth cross-border operations.

Key Responsibilities
● Manage end-to-end customs clearance for import, export, and transit shipments.
● Ensure accurate declaration, HS code classification, valuation, and supporting documents.
● Coordinate with customs officers, brokers, carriers, and internal departments.
● Monitor shipment status and resolve clearance issues, delays, and compliance risks.
● Keep updated on customs regulations, trade rules, permits, and procedural changes.
● Review duties, taxes, and related charges to support cost control and accuracy.
● Maintain clearance records, reports, and audit-ready documentation.
● Train and guide team members on customs procedures and compliance standards.

● Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field.
● Minimum 5 years of customs clearance experience, including supervisory or manager level.
● Strong knowledge of customs regulations, import/export procedures, and trade compliance.
● Experience in HS classification, duty/tax calculation, and shipment documentation.
● Ability to coordinate effectively with customs authorities, brokers, and transport teams.
● Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and deadlines.
● Proficient in MS Office and customs-related systems or documentation tools.
