Financial Planning & Strategy: Develop and execute the company's financial strategy to ensure alignment with business objectives, including long-term financial planning, capital structure optimization, and investment strategies;
Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead financial planning and analysis, including the preparation of comprehensive budgets, financial forecasts, cash flow projections, and variance analysis;
Financial Reporting & Analysis: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports -Income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements- for internal management;
Risk Management & Compliance: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, and ensure strict adherence to all relevant accounting standards;
Cash & Capital Management: Manage organizational cash flow and liquidity, optimize working capital, manage debt financing activities, and evaluate investment opportunities to maximize returns;
Operational Efficiency & Cost Control: Collaborate with other department leaders to manage costs, improve profitability per business area, and drive efficiency improvements across the organization;
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance, accounting, and potentially other administrative teams, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement;
Stakeholder Relations: Manage relationships with external partners, including auditors, banks, investors, and regulatory agencies.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is required; an MBA and/or a professional certification;
Extensive progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, typically a minimum of 7-10 years, with a significant amount in a leadership capacity. Industry-specific experience in the telecommunications sector is often a plus;
Deep knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, financial management software.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities;
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to present complex financial;
Proven leadership and people management capabilities;
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
