  • Lead project planning sessions to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Planning project management involves setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
  • Coordinate with various teams/departments (internal stakeholders) to ensure project goals are met.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders to clarify and confirm business requirements.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among all departments to promote transparency and accountability.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Manage project budgets and resource allocation efficiently.
  • Drive digital initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
  • Collaborate with design, technical, and product teams to ensure cohesive project execution.
  • Analyze project outcomes and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Participate in division planning and budgeting to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a digital environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
