  • Team Supervision & Support
    Oversee and guide store staff, ensuring high performance, adherence to company policies, and a positive work environment.
  • Sales & Customer Service
    Monitor daily sales activities, assist in achieving store targets, and ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met.
  • Inventory & Merchandising
    Manage stock levels, coordinate product displays, and ensure timely replenishment to maintain visual appeal and product availability.
  • Operational Excellence
    Handle store opening/closing procedures, cash management, and ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with operational standards.
  • Reporting & Communication
    Prepare daily sales reports, communicate performance updates to management, and escalate issues as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent; diploma/degree in business or retail management is a plus
  • 2–4 years of experience in retail, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory tools.
