We are looking for qualified candidates to join our growing team for the position of Technical Support Officer based in SihanoukVille 

  • Provide technical support to customers for their internet connection 

  • Solve customers issue related to the company service 

  • Assist customers on router configuration and email 

  • Assist to install connection and restore fiber service for customers  

  • Job assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering or any related field
  • Good at English for communication
  • 2 years experience is encouraged to apply
