• Gather data about consumers, competitors, and market conditions 
• Collect and store the properties for sales and rent 
• Work with the property owners regarding property listing 
• Search, do site visits and take photos of the properties 
• Investigate sales and marketing activities of competitors via online and offline 
• Ensure that the properties information that listed are stored properly and we organized 
• Other tasks assigned by management.
• Quality and quantity of the data that collected 
• Ability to convince the holder to give the information 
• Ability to complete the tasks on time 
• Accuracy and effectiveness of oral and written communication
• The efficiency of communication with properties owners 
• Collecting meaningful and real-time data that can be visually presented

Education

• High school diploma or higher Professional

Experience

• 1-year experience in listing is an advance

Knowledge & Skills

• Good in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other research applications and software
• Basic knowledge of real estate
• Using professional camera for a good quality photo of interior and exterior of the properties
• Good verbal, and written communication skills in Khmer and English
• Basic skills on photo editing with AI, Photoshop
• A multi-task and able to deliver under pressure

Other Requirements

• Be able to travel independently
