● មានចំណេះដឹងល្អអំពី sales techniques, lead generation និង closing strategies
● មានបទពិសោធន៍ក្នុង B2B sales ជាពិសេសក្នុងវិស័យ technology ឬ services
● មានជំនាញដឹកនាំ ការបង្វឹកក្រុម ការទំនាក់ទំនង និងការចរចារល្អ
● អាចធ្វើការក្រោមសម្ពាធ និងបរិយាកាសលឿន ដោយផ្តោតលើគោលដៅ
● មានការយល់ដឹងអំពី sales regulations និង compliance requirements
