A Good Opportunity for ..

Assist in support branches to increase the sales volume of fee-based services based on plan.
Support branches and related staff to reach target and prospect clients by increasing fee-based services
Support and strengthen the capacity of related staff to find new clients to use KB PRASAC’s products/services
Assist to maintain the coordination with the sales guidelines and standards across departments
Cooperate with related units and departments on support selling fee-based banking services
Spread out all sales procedures on fee-based services to branches and make sure to comply with the guidelines.
Update the ideas on finding a new sales strategy then discuss with Unit Manager to increase sales volume
Find new sales tactics to push sales to reach the target
Assist to support sales for all branches
Assist in offer thorough knowledge of the products and services to all related staffs
Perform other tasks as required by management.

លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, and Banking or other related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail banking or financial institution with at Least 3 years of experience in banking services
High personal integrity, morality, and prudence, and maintain confidentiality with sensitive customer and internal information
Ability to perform training for staff within the branch network system
Enthusiastic and committed approach with a track record of building strong, trusted base relationships with colleagues at all levels
Ability to develop adequate measures and action plans to comply with set targets
Good at English speaking, writing and listening
Computer literacy, including Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, Khmer typing and English.
High level of professionalism and discretion, responsibility, accountability, and commitment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
