An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Network testing and data analysis: perform daily DT Road test, etc. Special test tasks.
  • Use road test software, network management system, collect and deeply analyze network performance data (such as KPI, MR, signaling etc.)
  • Problem positioning and optimization: Based on test data and user complaints, quickly locate network problems( such as blind area coverage, weak coverage, interference, switching failure, access failure, dropped call, low speed, etc.)
  • Propose and implement effective radio frequency (RF) optimization and parameter optimization schemes to improve network accessibility, retention and mobility indicators.
  • Write optimization plans and analysis reports
  • Special and collaborative optimization: participate in or be responsible for various special optimization work, interference troubleshooting, capacity improvement, VolTE/VoNR optimization, rate optimization, etc.
  • Participate in the discussion and implementation of multi-system (2G/3G/4G) network collaborative optimization strategies.

  • Bachelor degree in communication engineering, electronic information engineering, computer science and other related
  • Technical foundation: solid theoretical foundation of mobile communication, familiar with 2G/3G/4G/5G network architecture and key technologies.
  • Tools and skills: Be proficient in using at least one mainstream drive test software (such as Dingli, TEMS, NEMO, etc) and related analysis tools.
  • Be familiar with Huawei the network management system (OMC-R/UME) and operation of at least of at least one equipment company such as ZTE and Ericsson
  • Personal Quality: have a strong sense of responsibility, good analytical and problem-solving ability, team-work spirit and communication ability.
  • Be able to communicate in English on daily basis, hold a valid driver’s license, and be able to adapt to business trips and necessary outdoor work.
