AIQAR Electric Vehicle (EV) Distributor Company is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Consultant, you will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide comprehensive product information, manage the end-to-end sales process, and foster strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of sustainable mobility solutions and to contribute to the advancement of electric vehicle adoption in Cambodia.

  • Customer Engagement: Interact with customers to understand their needs, provide product information, and guide them through the purchase process.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of AIQAR's electric vehicle models, features, and benefits to effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, qualification, demonstration, and closing deals in a professional and customer-focused manner.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention, as well as obtain referrals and repeat business.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to make data-driven sales decisions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and product development departments to optimize sales strategies and enhance the customer experience.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, tracking sales performance and identifying areas for improvement.

  • Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, particularly in the automobile or real estate industry.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A thorough understanding of local market dynamics.
  • A passion for automobiles, electric vehicles, and sustainable mobility solutions.
  • Fluency in English and Khmer languages.
