An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Directly work with branches to share the SME sales strategy to achieve the annual lending plan.
Daily work with all regions & branches to push & follow up on the productivity & performances of SME/Commercial loans.
Closely follow up with branches to assess and timely submit credit review & loan extension.
Conduct branch visits to support the loan assessment & also marketing activities to improve the KPI performances of SME/Commercial loans.
Ensure SME/Commercial loans are of good quality at all regions & branches.
Explore & coordinate to make good relationships with SME business associations for SME business referral purposes.
Coordinate with credit analysis to speed up the SME/Commercial loan approval process.
Timely report the performances of SME/Commercial loans to management.
Guide all branch networks to daily improve the pipelines of SME/Commercial loan customers.
Perform other tasks as required by management.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, or equivalent related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of lending experience with a focus on SME/Commercial segments &
Experience working in a regulated financial institution, preferably with some direct lending management experience
Experience with building strong relationships to achieve loan growth targets.
Excellent working knowledge of the SME market.
Solid knowledge of risk, macroeconomics, trading, portfolio theory & Financial Statement.
Good at English speaking, writing, and listening
Good computer literacy, Ms. Office, Internet, Khmer typing, and English.
High level of professionalism and discretion, responsibility, accountability, and commitment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Good personal characteristics, including soft, friendly, and good communication skills, and the ability to work in a team spirit.
Willingness to travel frequently to the wide branch network offices.
