  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment such as computers, printers, and servers.
  • Manage user accounts, access rights, and system permissions.
  • Monitor and maintain company networks, internet connectivity, and data security.
  • Support ERP, business applications, and other enterprise software.
  • Ensure regular data backups and disaster recovery readiness.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory, licenses, and procurement records.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers for IT solutions and support.
  • Assist in planning and implementing IT policies, procedures, and security measures.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
