Role and Responsibility:

• Conduct regular site inspections and supervise construction activities to ensure work is completed according to project plans and quality standards.
• Monitor and review daily site reports, construction progress, and project updates.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure all work is carried out in accordance with approved designs, specifications, safety standards, and project schedules.
• Inspect and assess the quality of materials, workmanship, and completed works before approval for use or handover.
• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with project requirements, technical specifications, and construction timelines.
• Assist in identifying and resolving technical issues encountered on site.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Utilize engineering software such as AutoCAD and Revit for drawing reviews and coordination.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.shop drawing review.
• Good understanding of construction methods, civil engineering principles, and site supervision practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project).
• Minimum 02 years of experience in site construction
• Ability to work both in the office and at construction sites.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Mathcad, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and shop drawing review.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• English language proficiency is preferred.
