Job Summary

In this role, you will be the frontline voice of our products and services, connecting with potential customers via outbound and inbound calls to help them access fast, flexible financing solutions. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell our product and service including digital lending.

  • Reach out proactively to customers with overdue accounts to offer support and facilitate payment solutions.

  • Handle inbound leads and convert inquiries into successful applications through consultative selling.

  • Understand customer financial needs and recommend the most suitable lending product.

  • Guide customers through the application process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from first contact to disbursement.

  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets, conversion rates, and call quality KPIs.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.

  • Follow all regulatory compliance guidelines and responsible lending practices.

  • Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve issues and ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, telesales, or a customer-facing sales role (experience in financial services or fintech is a plus).

  • Comfortable making and receiving calls for extended periods, with the ability to maintain energy and professionalism throughout the day.

  • Strong communication and convincing skills.

  • A results-driven mindset with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Basic understanding of lending products is plus

  • Comfortable working with Microsoft, Google Drive,  digital tools, CRM platforms, and sales dashboards.

  • Able to handle rejection well and maintain a positive, persistent attitude.

  • Able to communicate in English.

  • Able to work in flexi roster (working time: 11:00am-7:00pm)
