• Bachelor/Master Degree in computer science or a related field, or significant equivalent experience.
• 1 years of experience in management information systems.
• Knowledge of the IT infrastructure in banking industry is preferred.
• Excellent technical diagnostic and analytical skills and a consultative and collaborative approach to problem solving.
• Ability to develop, implement and monitor processes for systems management and operations; knowledge of and ability to monitor Service Level Agreements.
• Ability to deliver Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) service management principles and embedding these into the team and organization.
• Experience in Server Virtualization.
• Ability to lead team of direct and in-indirect reports to deliver projects and system upgrades.
• Data Centers Infrastructure Management.
• Server and Storage Management (Hardening, Patch Management etc.)
• Knowledge of the underlying operation banking system.
• Good organization and time management skills.
• Excellent analytical and English communications skills (verbal/written).
• Demonstrates a strong personal commitment to customer needs and corporate objectives.
