Major Duties:

• Ordering from Warehouse to Maxvalu store

< Key Responsibilities >

• Register new assortment
• Work with all Max Valu store to improve items OOS
• Make sure top sa le items are avai lable in stores
• Make sure Topvalu double displays are avai lable in stores
• Translate Japan products name and detail from Japanese to English and Khmer
• Ensure above tasks compete deadline
• Other tasks assigned by Manager/ Division Head

< Daily Tasks >

• To check selling areas to f ind any issue and f ix them with OP and then share with other
• stores to improve or prevent. For good points/ good practices, share with other stores.
• Clear price promotion of items nearly expires (AGM, ITOCHU, Katosangyo-JP)
• Checking sa le area for improve attach price card & POP and display
• Translate Japan products name and detail from Japanese to English and Khmer
• Other tasks assigned by Manager/ Division Head

< Weekly Tasks >

• Make Plan transfer from Kerry W.H to al l Max va lu stores
• Check Report Transfer from Kerry W.H make everything is done smoothly
• Other tasks assigned by Manager/ Division Head

< Monthly Tasks >

• Register new assortment from Oversea
• Check sa le Topvalu items double display
• Mark Up and Mark Down price for oversea Products
• Make PO from Oversea

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in re levant fie lds of retailing business
• At least 5 years of experience in a comparable position in another industry
• Strong analytical abi lities, proficiency in Microsoft Excel/merchandising systems, and
• excellent communication
• Honesty
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication ski lls
• Must be creative and detail-orientated
• Strong ana lytica l skil ls
• Abi lity to inspire others
• A background in merchandising, marketing, and/ or is preferred
• High willingness to explore, accept changes & challenges
• Learn quickly and have wil ling to share
• Able to perform under pressure and positive attitude
• Able to influence people in the direction to achieve company’s goals
• Good Health condition & good teamwork
• Able to work rotate weekend or holiday
• Good in Khmer and English both verbal and writing
