An Excellent Opportunity for ...

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and project budgets based on drawings and specifications.

• Manage tendering process, evaluate bids, and support procurement.

• Monitor project costs, track variations, and provide regular cost reports.

• Conduct site measurements and verify contractor progress claims.

• Certify payments, manage change orders, and prepare final accounts.

• Coordinate with designers, project managers, and contractors to align cost with design.

• Holding at least BA sale & marketing related equivalent field.

职位要求

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

• At least 1 year of experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Site Engineer.

• Ability to organize, plan, and strategize effectively.

• Good knowledge of materials, finishes, and costing methods.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and ability to read AutoCAD drawings.

• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
