A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Planning and achievement of Sales Executive-wise Coverage, volume & fundamentals in the assigned area objectives in the assigned area
  • Planning and execution of the promotions & new product launches in the assigned area
  • Works with all Top Stores & leads the Joint business planning with these stores
  • Planning and achievement of Local Initiatives/priorities (Coverage extension plans, Distribution & Visibility drive)
  • Analysis and planning of business SE-wise/ customer-wise / Product category/ SKU-wise for the assigned area
  • Skill upgradation of Sales Executives & Merchandisers:
  • ✓ Audit the BCP process, initiative execution, etc.
  • ✓ Track Sales Executive & Merchandiser skill
  • ✓ Impart regular in-market/classroom training as per the training calendar
  • ✓ Delivery of the conceptual selling process
  • Participates in the site Joint Business Planning process
  • Leads Business Team reviews in the Canvas meetings
  • Ongoing Performance review of his/her team of Sales executives & Merchandisers
  • Records and reports
  • Ensure proper collection for assigned area

  • Education: BBA, computer skills
  • Experience: 4 - 5 years of sales work experience preferably with FMCG companies.
  • Key Criteria: Good analytical skills, communication & presentation skills, working effectively with others, thinking and problem solving
