•Assess loan applications and perform quality checks in accordance with established product guidelines and policies.
•Conduct independent credit risk assessments of loan applications and submit recommendations to the Loan Committee for approval.
•Perform on-site visits when necessary, including for suspicious cases, and provide independent observation reports to the Credit Assessment Manager.
•Review financial transactions and credit histories on a case-by-case basis, including applications, bank statements, balance sheets, and legal documents.
•Analyze clients’ credit data and financial statements to determine the level of risk associated with lending.
•Prepare detailed risk assessment reports based on data analysis.
•Monitor loan accounts to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
•Plan and conduct annual credit reviews (twice per year).
•Recommend improvements to credit procedures and policies where necessary.
•Perform other duties as assigned by management.

•Bachelor’s degree in finance and banking, accounting, or other related fields
•At least 1 year of experience up in the banking industry, of which at least 1 year in credit or risk management
•Willing to face new challenges and new ways of adaptation.
•Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the Internet
•Be honest, highly committed, and flexible
•Able to work under pressure, independently as well as in team
•Able to communicate and proficiency in English.Ability to make independent and sound credit judgments.
•Good interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
