• Plan, review, and execute Network Operation activities, including monitoring and maintenance of network systems, equipment, and services.
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally, providing effective solutions and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with relevant parties, such as technical supports, engineers, and partners, to identify and resolve network or customer-related issues in a timely manner.
• Escalate critical incidents and emergencies appropriately, making informed decisions to minimize downtime and ensure the availability and reliability of our services.
• Provide regular reports on network and customer status to relevant parties, following standard guidelines and formats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network upgrades, expansions, and new service deployments.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance network performance and customer experience.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of operational processes and procedures.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for network emergencies.

• Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication, or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in an ISP environment.
• Strong knowledge of networking technologies, particularly IP and MPLS.
• Proficiency in IP routing, MPLS-related technologies, as well as layer 1 and 2
networking technologies such as TDM and Ethernet.
• Holding certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent is preferred.
• Familiarity with telecom and IT concepts, including service provisioning, protocols, and network architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues.
• Strong reporting skills, with the ability to generate accurate and detailed reports on network performance and incidents.
• Effective communication, social, and interpersonal skills to interact with customers,colleagues, and vendors.
• Ability to work under pressure and make informed decisions in emergency situations.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
