Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Analyze existing branch office operations and identify areas for improvement in credit and collection policies and strategies.
  • Prepare monthly work plans and schedules and targets with discussion and approval from the Credit Department Director.
  • Plan, manage and monitor loans issued for the entire L.O.L.C.
  • Review, collect, prepare, and provide recommendations to the Director of the Credit Department on the annual work and financial/budget plans of the Debt Resolution Support Team.
  • Monitor and track the causes of problems and advise branch managers and debt resolution support officers for further preventive measures in the operational area.
  • Submit the report to the Director of Credit Department for action/approval.
  • Assist in developing payment plans/damaged account recovery plans and strategies.
  • Assist in providing and advising technical solutions to debt settlement support officers to resolve loan issues when requested.
  • Assist in providing legal assistance to debt settlement support officers.
  • Develop existing capabilities of employees by strengthening current skills and developing new skills that are essential to practical management change.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Director of the Credit Department.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Finance and Banking, Management or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in debt collection.
  • Has a high ability to persuade others to change their opinions or behaviors.
  • A strong ability to recognize the reactions of others and understand why they react the way they do.
  • Strong communication skills (able to speak and write Khmer and English).
  • Strong leadership, motivation, planning and management skills.
