The Procurement and Inventory Executive is responsible for strategically sourcing, purchasing, and managing the inventory of raw materials, ingredients, packaging materials, and other supplies required for the production and distribution of the company's food and beverage products. This role ensures timely availability of high-quality materials at competitive prices while optimizing inventory levels to minimize waste and costs. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a thorough understanding of the food and beverage industry, and excellent analytical and organizational abilities.

职位要求
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Food Science, or a related field.
3–5 years of proven experience in procurement and inventory management, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, quality standards, and supply chain principles relevant to the F&B sector.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Fluency in English and Khmer is preferred.
