Marketing Strategy & Planning
• Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with the body shop’s sales and growth goals.
• Identify target customer segments (insurance-based, retail, dealership referrals, fleet accounts).
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to shape marketing direction.
• Plan seasonal promotions, repair specials, and customer outreach campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with insurance agents (Community & Business Development), dealerships, and fleet companies to generate referrals. Coordinate community events, sponsorships, and charity involvement to boost brand visibility & attend local business networking events to create partnerships.
Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition:
•Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract new customers.
•Optimize Body Shop’s online presence (website, Google Business Profile, local directories).
•Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, retargeting).
•Create promotions or offers tailored to seasonal demand (hailstorms, accidents, winter weather).
Digital Marketing Management, Customer Communication & Retention:
•Create Digital Marketing Platforms and plan and manage all social media content, posting, and engagement.
•Maintain and update the shop’s website with current services, certifications, and photos. Produce or coordinate photo/video content (before/after repairs, tours, testimonials).
•Implement SEO strategies toimprove local search ranking.
•Create and manage email and SMS campaigns for follow-ups, reminders, and promotions. Maintain communication templates for educating customers about repair processes and paint quality & oversee customer retention programs, loyalty incentives, and referral programs.
•Create scripts, FAQs, and templates to help staff communicate with customers effectively. Support Insurance partner, and dealer partnerships with marketing materials and co-branded content.
Brand & Event Management:
•Ensure consistent branding across all customer touchpoints (digital and physical). Oversee production of printed materials such as brochures, banners, and mailers. Update or maintain brand assets like logos, messaging, and visual standards.
• Create & manage events for Body Shop.
Budgeting & Vendor Management:
•Manage the marketing budget and allocate spending across channels. Negotiate and oversee relationships with marketing vendors, printers, ad agencies, SEO specialists, etc. Ensure cost-effective purchasing of advertising, promotional items, and marketing tools.
Analytics & Performance Tracking:
•Track key performance metrics such as leads, conversions, cost per lead, and ROI. Generate monthly marketing performance reports for leadership. Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies for improvement. Monitor market trends and competitor strategies.
