Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive PR and communication strategies aligned with organizational goals and industry trends;
Plan, build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including government officials, community leaders and private sector partners;
Coordinate all public relations activities and introduce a distinctive corporate culture that promotes positive relations, enhances the company’s reputation and strengthens the company’s public image;
Develop and implement crisis communication strategies to effectively manage negative publicity and protect the brand's reputation in a fast-paced environment;
Monitor and analyze social, economic, and political trends that may impact the company and recommend strategies to enhance the company’s image and business opportunities;
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (marketing, sales, legal or related departments) and external partners (government officials etc.) to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment;
Represent foundation public events, official meetings, forums, collaborate other departments to ensure consistent messaging brand alignment across platforms;
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in communications, Business Development, Public Relations, Law or other related field;
At least 7 years relevant experience in public relations at a managerial level, and experience in the telecom sector or a similar industry is a strong advantage;
Exceptional verbal, written, presentation skills and organizational skills , with the ability to act as a company spokesperson;
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities to cultivate contacts with government officials, or related person or team;
The ability to think strategically, solve problems creatively, and handle high-pressure situations, including crisis management, with professionalism;
Excellent command of English (both verbal and written); proficiency in Chinese is a significant advantage;
An open-minded with ability adapt changes quickly easily (agility);
Strong leadership and management skill for handling external events and public engagement;
Proficiency with standard software (Microsoft Office Suite) and other related applications.
