• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; Master’s or MBA preferred.• Professional qualifications such as CPA, CA, ACCA, or CMA.• Preferably C-level from real estate, construction, and group company• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5–7 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple entities or business units.• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, investment analysis, tax planning, and regulatory compliance.• Proven track record in strategic planning and capital raising.• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.• Experience working in a diversified business environment (e.g., real estate, hospitality, retail, manufacturing, etc.).
