Work with the Core Banking Support Supervisor to develop and implement support plans for the bank's IT operations.
Support on resolving customer issues related to IT operations.
Troubleshoot IT operations problems and identify and resolve root causes.
Support the IT operations support team.
Monitor and analyze IT operations usage data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with other IT departments to integrate IT operations with other systems.
Run procedure end-close business (batch job COB).
Create/Modify/Delete user T24 System (Core-banking).
Respond working hours 7/24 rotate with teamwork.
Prepare document reports for the support manager.
Update package and apply patch on core banking.
Solve issue and correction on core banking.
Backup respond role Application Support Manager.
Core banking system monitors.
Join upgrade and maintenance core banking.
Contribute to the achievement of the bank's objectives and goals.
Assigns each team member a specific task and timeline to complete.
Must undertake other work as assigned and complete it with an accurate report within the deadline.
Contribute to the achievement of the bank's objectives and goals.
Handphone must be turned on and available for call and support 24h/7day Compliance & Risk Management.
Must strictly adhere to the bank's code of conduct, guidelines, and human resources policies and procedures to ensure the professionalism of the bank and take immediate action to stop and report to superiors, senior management, and internal control of any violations or misconducts.
