A Good Opportunity for ..

  • To work closely with management and to supervise Admin and security staff
  • Responsible for Annual Performance Management Review and Appraisal
  • Conduct the Orientation Program for new hire concern such as HR systems, insurance, medical care and OT process and procedure etc.
  • Provide consultation to the management in relation to employee relations issues, and managing all disciplinary issues within the company.
  • Has capability in policy development &Implementation - Preparing staff handbooks;
  • Recruiting staff - this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates;
  • Developing and implementing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management;
  • Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits;
  • Administering payroll and maintaining employee records;
  • Planning, and sometimes delivering, training, including inductions for new staff

  • University Degree or higher in Human Resources Development or any related field.
  • At least 2 years working experience in Administration and HR management.
  • Good attitude and pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good networking and recruitment
  • Good knowledge in Cambodian Labor Law and compliance
  • Experience in preparing staff payroll
  • Experience in developing internal HR policy and strategy.
  • Detail oriented, have the ability to multi-task and efficiently prioritize tasks.
