  • Proactively identify and develop market opportunities within the wine & spirits on-trade channel (hotels, bars, restaurants, clubs).
  • Develop, maintain, and regularly update a wine & spirits product portfolio/catalogue, including key brands and new launches.
  • Plan and execute commercial action plans targeting specific outlets, concepts, and customer segments.
  • Actively present, promote, and sell the company’s wine, spirits, and premium beverage portfolio to existing and potential on-trade customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with bar managers, F&B managers, sommeliers, and owners through tailored proposals and consultative selling.
  • Respond promptly to sales enquiries, conduct regular sales visits, tastings, and product trainings.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends in the wine & spirits industry, and report insights to management and head office.
  • Support and organize wine tastings, brand activations, and promotional events.
  • Identify and resolve customer concerns to ensure high satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

  • Proven experience in wine & spirits sales
  • Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktail culture is a plus.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a strong sales drive.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence key decision-makers in the hospitality industry.
  • Team player with the ability to motivate and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and highly result-oriented with a positive mindset.
  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Confident in both face-to-face presentations and telephone sales.
  • Flexible and willing to travel frequently for client visits and events.
  • Eager to learn, take ownership, and grow within the wine & spirits industry. Top of Form
