1. Machine setup and operation:
- Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and other specifications to determine machine 
setup requirements.
- Install and adjust machine tooling, fixtures, and other components as needed.
- Load raw materials into machines and start production runs.
- Monitor machine operation to ensure that products are being produced according to 
specifications.
- Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain quality and productivity.
2. Quality control:
- Inspect products at various stages of production to ensure that they meet quality 
standards.
- Use measuring tools such as micrometers, gauges, and calipers to check product 
dimensions.
- Identify and troubleshoot quality issues as they arise.
- Work with other team members to implement corrective actions to prevent quality issues 
from recurring.
3. Material handling:
- Move raw materials and finished products throughout the production facility using hand 
trucks, forklifts, or other equipment.
- Ensure that materials are properly labeled and stored in designated areas.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure that materials are available when needed 
for production runs.
4. Maintenance and troubleshooting:
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment to ensure that they are 
operating at peak performance.
- Troubleshoot issues with machines and equipment as they arise.

- Work with other team members to implement corrective actions to prevent issues from 
recurring.
5. Record-keeping:
- Keep detailed records of production output, quality control checks, and any maintenance or 
repairs that are performed.
- Use this information to identify areas for improvement in production processes.
- Communicate production status and issues with other team members and management

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. 1+ year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in the FMCG or 
beverage industry.
3. Familiarity with production machinery and processes is preferred.
