Job Description

  1. Branding
  • Assist in planning and executing brand campaigns to build brand awareness and equity.
  • Ensure all communication and visuals are consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Work with designers and agencies to develop creative assets (posters, menus, in-store materials, digital content).
  • Monitor competitor branding activities and market trends for actionable insights.
  • Support product launches and seasonal campaigns with strong branding alignmen

2. Promotion & Campaigns

  • Plan and implement promotional activities (in-store, digital, partnerships, events) to drive sales and customer traffic.
  • Coordinate with operations and sales teams to roll out tactical promotions effectively.
  • Track campaign performance (ROI, sales uplift, customer response) and prepare reports with recommendations.
  • Identify collaboration and partnership opportunities for cross-promotions within the F&B industry.

3. Digital & Content Marketing Support

  • Assist in managing social media content related to branding & promotions.
  • Ensure promotional campaigns are well-integrated across digital and offline platforms.
  • Coordinate photo/video shoots to highlight products and promotions

4. ​​​​​​​​​​Market & Customer Insights

  • Conduct market research and collect customer feedback on promotions and brand perception.
  • Analyze data and trends to support strategic decisions for branding & promotional planning.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of marketing experience related to the job descriptions, preferably in F&B, retail, or hospitality.
  • Knowledge of branding principles, campaign and promotions execution
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media trends
  • Strong creativity, communication, and coordination skills
  • Open-minded, team spirit, result oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure with multiple projects and tight deadlines
  • Good English communication including writing and speaking skills
