  • Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations for cold storage, including receiving, storage,
  • inventory management, order picking, and dispatch.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of cold chain products within required temperature ranges.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse in compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
  • Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to meet operational goals.
  • Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
  • Foster a safety-first culture and ensure all team members follow warehouse safety policies.
  • Monitor stock levels and conduct regular physical inventory counts.
  • Implement First Expiry, First Out (FEFO) or First In, First Out (FIFO) principles.
  • Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Ensure cold storage equipment (chillers, freezers, temperature monitors) are functioning properly.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive and corrective maintenance.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in cold storage management.
  • Strong knowledge of cold chain logistics, inventory systems, and warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Familiar with HACCP, GMP, and food safety requirements.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
