Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

1. Influencer Identification & Research

  • Research and shortlist relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Maintain a database of lifestyle, travel, and automotive influencers.
  • Monitor influencer trends and upcoming creators aligned with Vespa’s brand image.

2. Campaign Support & Coordination

  • Assist in planning influencer campaigns and collaborations.
  • Share creative briefs and guidelines with influencers.
  • Coordinate timelines, content submissions, and posting schedules.
  • Follow up for content approvals and revisions if needed.

3. Relationship & Community Management

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with influencers and content creators.
  • Support the planning and execution of influencer meets, rides, and events.
  • Help in sending PR packages, invites, and Vespa merchandise to creators.

4. Content Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor live influencer campaigns and ensure timely delivery of content.
  • Track campaign metrics: likes, shares, reach, and engagement.
  • Assist in preparing post-campaign reports with key insights and learnings.

5. Coordination with Internal Teams

  • Liaise with digital, creative, and brand teams for content alignment.
  • Ensure brand tone, visuals, and key messages are followed in all influencer content.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in influencer/KOL marketing or digital marketing.
  • Good understanding of social media platforms and influencer trends.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
