  • Maintain/develop for reporting system for new product as company needs
  • Develop and manage data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.
  • Timely upload data to CBC Analyze and troubleshoot the reporting database environment and reports to support business and company needs.
  • Assist the direct manager to develop new ad-hoc request and tasks assigned.
  • To work close with direct manager to develop plan to archive historical data and data retention.
  • To work close with team to prepare new test environment for development, QA & UAT team
  • Daily monitor data flow and reporting system.
  • Keep monitor issue & resolve in help desk system.
  • To support business team to achieve operation process.
  • Keep monitoring daily performance of reporting system.
  • Work with IT Operations to analysis resource both Hardware (H/W) and Software (S/W) requirement to support the growth of the business operation.
  • To perform other tasks that will be assigned by line manager.

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT field.
  • Experience in developing various reports with Report Builder, PowerBI, Tableau, JasperSoft.
  • Knowledge of programming languages like SQL, Oracle, R, and Python.
  • Basic knowledge of Finance, Accounting, banking and microfinance.
  • Understanding of object-oriented concepts, design patterns, and application frameworks.
  • Strong skill in using distributed version control system.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Knowledge in concept of banking system or in micro finance sector.
  • Strong verbal & interpersonal skills.
