Identify and analyze emerging food and beverage trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
Generate innovative product concepts and ideas that align with the company's strategic goals and brand identity.
Conduct brainstorming sessions and collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, R&D, operations) to develop new product pipelines.
Evaluate the technical and commercial feasibility of new product ideas.
Develop and optimize product formulations, ensuring desired sensory attributes (taste, texture, aroma, appearance), nutritional profiles, and shelf-life stability.
Source and evaluate new ingredients, considering functionality, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
Conduct bench-top experimentation and pilot-scale trials to refine formulations and processes.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards.
Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for new products, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to oversee pilot plant trials and the transition to full-scale production.
Troubleshoot technical issues during scale-up and commercialization.
Design and conduct sensory evaluations to assess product attributes and consumer acceptance.
Analyze sensory data and incorporate feedback into product development iterations.
Collaborate with marketing teams on consumer research initiatives.
Manage multiple innovation projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Develop project plans, track progress, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Document all aspects of the product development process, including formulations, procedures, and results.
Stay up-to-date with relevant food regulations, labeling requirements, and industry standards.
Ensure that all new products meet or exceed quality and safety standards.
Prepare necessary documentation for regulatory submissions.
Monitor the performance of launched products and identify opportunities for improvement or reformulation.
Explore new technologies and ingredients to enhance product quality, efficiency, and sustainability.

Male/Female

职位要求

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
5 years of experience in food and beverage product development, with a proven track record of successful product launches.
Strong knowledge of food chemistry, microbiology, processing technologies, and sensory science.
Experience with experimental design, data analysis, and statistical software.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and quality management systems (e.g., HACCP, GMP).
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Passion for food and a strong understanding of culinary trends.
Specific technical skills or experience relevant to the company's product portfolio may be listed here, e.g., experience with dairy, bakery, beverages, etc.]
Advanced degree in Food Science or a related field.
Experience with specific product categories or processing technologies relevant to the company.
